Non-Returnable Items: Personalized and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. This includes items such as custom fridge magnets and engraved jewelry. We do not offer refund due to personal reasons such as change of mind, personal taste e.t.c

Order Accuracy: Please ensure all personalization details (e.g names, dates, images) are correct at the time of order. We replicate the information provided and cannot accept returns for errors made during the ordering process. After an item has been ordered the creation process has begun, therefore there can't be order cancellation.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

Resolution Options: We will offer replacement or repair for faulty items. Refunds are provided only if a replacement or repair is not possible.
